This may give you an illusion that you are not making progress and all that dieting and time in the gym is a loss. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Not so fast, we'll come back around again on the next phase where we eventually start seeing the results because we did stick the course and as many of you have heard before "trust in the process" and start to see the noticeable changes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hope this helps in keeping you on track and stay focused and motivated to make your fitness goals! Never see an injury as a negative! See it as a opportunity to switch things up and learn something new, something different ❤️ . Accountability post: Weighing +- 65,5Kg at the moment. Starting to feel a lot more confident in my Lycra suit, fitting looser around the waist and tighter around my back, shoulders and legs💯🙌🏻 My legs haven’t gotten any smaller, actually they grew since I last trained Legs at the gym. (Which was last week monday😩) 🤷🏻‍♀️How? Well first reason is, I’ve stuck to my weekly EMS session and had the levels pretty high on my legs, basically while not directly training them by lets say squatting or lunging, they still get activated on various other movements. Truly blessed to have this technology at my disposal🙌🏻This has helped me a lot in keeping the muscle in my legs as well as my strength. February vs July When keeping track of my workouts I sometime think if it’s even paying off. I know I go hard in the gym every chance I get but does it actually work? After taking an unexpected day off yesterday was eager to get back in this morning and give it my all 😋. ▪️bench press: 5 sets ▪️incline chest press: 4 sets ▪️cable chest flye: 3 sets ▪️overhead tricep extension (not recorded): 3 sets ▪️single arm tricep pushdown: 3 sets ▪️DB chest flye (L, R, both, also not recorded) ▪️tricep dips: 3 sets ▪️chest plate press; these were my burnout: 3 sets of 20. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Don’t forget to swipe and save:)

I'm currently doing the 2 week bicep challenge with a spin on it. I'm doing 4 bicep workouts a week with a day off in between every workout so I can have a day to recover. Gina do a transformation video on YouTube to show you all if I had any results e.g my arms got more define, bigger, smaller or I just got stronger.
