This view is one of the highlights of my day. Nice and thick :) After giving birth to Jet I lost all the weight plus more by drinking my fruits. I try to eat my food when I can but if I am in a rush (which I usually am) this is a quick way to get my micro nutrients in. With my #backontrack mission I am getting back to making this a daily view. Ribs showed up to party. Honestly some of the best we've done to date and cooked a little different than our usual. Smoked for about 4 hours at 225 using pecan. Spritzed with cherry cola. Wrapped in foil with brown sugar, butter, and more soda for another 1.5 hours. Then sauced and smoked for 30 more minutes. Off to a family gathering today. They’ll be eating chips and potato salad and I’ll be diving into this “taco bowl” - cumin cauli rice with bell pepper, arugula, cilantro, green onion, avocado and lots of fresh lime. Also brought some @sietefoods tortilla chips to dip. Very happy. I never feel weird bringing my own food places now. And don’t even feel the need to explain myself (I used to do all this and it always made me feel bad when I didn’t actually feel bad... it was just others’ energy, perceptions and pressure). Some f***ing a**hole told me that my videos were “simple as f**k” and that I think I’m doing “some complicated s**t.” Followed by: “typical dumb a** b**ch thinks she’s an Instagram model out here modeling workouts and s**t. F**k you. You aren’t s**t. Keep abusing your patients you f***ing b**ch.” • FIRST OF ALL HOW ARE PEOPLE SO FREAKING RUDE?!? Please someone tell me. I didn’t start doing this because I thought everything was easy, I started doing this to give other people inspiration and to motivate people to be the best version of themselves. I’m not a model, I don’t want to be. I’m not a dumb a** b**ch. and so what if they’re simple?!? It’s something that I enjoy doing and I’ve had people reach out saying that they love the videos. I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY IF ITS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! • Second, I work in a mental health and addiction hospital, I have hard days but most of them are the best thing that I could ever ask for. I love my job and I adore my patients, I would never “abuse” my patients. I’m probably one of the happiest most easy going people you will ever meet, and if you know me then you know that’s true. • Okay I’m done ranting, and now crying. If y’all don’t like something lemme know, BUT DON’T BE RUDE about it. It’s unnecessary and it just brings people down, all I’m here to do is lift people up and show them what I love to do.
