But really, most of the times, I do know, because I experience weird symptoms, that now i can identify as signs that a migraine is coming. The most common ones I have are: #yawning 🤭 is on top! It’s crazy because I can yawn like 2-3 times per minute, for around 20-30 minutes, and I am not tired or bored 😜 at all. #hotflashes 🔥: It feels like a heat wave, even if the air conditioning is on high! My face turns a little red (specially on the cheeks) and I can put ice on it, but nothing feels cold enough. #sensitivity to lights and noises 💡: I can be driving, and suddenly the car lights feel like flashlights on my eyes! of course, there aren’t only energy vibrations within us, there are also lots of energy vibrations around us at all times. the air itself is vibrational energy. we leave energy remainders behind, when we pass through a room. our energy penetrates the things we have around us and lingers there. energy vibration is the basis of everything on all vibrational levels, from the highest to the lowest. we all carry our own vibrational fingerprint. today, let’s therefore try to perceive the energy vibrations in a room. all energy vibration flows. energy can be identified through different levels, density, speed and rhythm as we have learned. sit down in any room of your home or anywhere else where you can have a moment of peace. feel yourself sitting in the room. take a moment to arrive. then focus on your breath, as it flows in and out of your body. as your chest lifts and falls. close your eyes and practice the ujjayi breath for a few moments. breathe in slowly through your nose creating that “haaaaah” sound in the back of your throat. breathe out with your mouth closed doing the same. practice for a little while until you feel that calmness settle within you. now bring your attention to your body, how does your body feel right at this moment? really take the time for this exercise. scan through your body starting from the top of your head and moving all the way down to your toe. become aware of every small part of your physical existence. become aware and do not judge. if something hurts, that is okay. ...
