So today I got #thebigsweat on and got two workouts in this morning before rehearsals and can truly say my body is thanking me for the sweat. - These workouts totally kick my ass and I'm done within, normally, 30-40 minutes. Today took longer cause I hit shoulders and then legs to make up missing it for the past two days but my body was totally wrecked from everything I do on a daily basis. - I then then went to rehearsals, done class and company class. My body and mind are better for it. Better for all the work I'm doing for it. - It's making me stronger in every aspect and it's pushing me out of my comfort zone each time I hit play at home. - I'm so proud and grateful for where I am now.
