However, I am over the 🌙 excited about the fact that after 5 ACL reconstructions and several overuse injuries that I can still do body weight strict pull ups and I can back squat 155lbs for reps of 5. That wouldn’t be possible without the help of 2 amazing people- @infinitepotentialpt and @body_blueprint_cohasset 🙌🏻. These two amazing ladies have been helping me with neuromuscular massage, dry needling and most importantly, helping me understand that while I may have some broken parts, repair and recovery isn’t impossible! I never post stuff like this but I had too! For the first time since getting sober I am starting to see a transformation in my body! In 6 days I will have 2 months sober. People kept on asking how my body feels since I stopped the whole party life style and I honestly didn’t feel any different besides the non hangover. Reaching 2 months and I can finally feel and see a big difference in my body! I was about 145 when I was drinking... Now I’m 133 and muscle definition is definitely showing. Not drinking, going hiking, doing what I do for a living, staying active, eating right has definitely helped guide the way to where I am today.
