So many variations you can do including: shoulder dips, one leg up, Figure 4 leg, one leg out, L-sit prep, and more. Use this pose as a starting point and add whatever variation you'd like from here. When you lift the hips up, bring them in line with the shoulders and knees. Press down through the feet (make sure they are parallel which mine need to be more) and hands firmly to keep a strong foundation. Imagine your inner thighs spinning towards one another and shoulders are rolled down the back and engaged. If you think this is easy, try holding for several cycles of breaths without dragging the hips down. Just like in #WheelPose, you need to feel the connection in your limbs to support the opening of the front body. Start with this pose to develop body awareness, endurance, and strength.
